The Westlake Village Inn rooms are some of my favorites to get ready in because there are so many beautiful spots to take photos. The bride and all her girls had so much fun!
One of my favorite black and white photos of the stunning bride.
Emily and Nick’s first look is hands down one of my favorites. I think it is because you can genuinely see how happy Nick is to see her. You can tell he loves her so much and could not wait for her to be his wife.
After their first look we walked around the property and took some portraits. One thing that is so great about the Westlake Village Inn is the variety of photo locations. So much to choose from!
Emily decided to do a first look with the groomsmen and it was so touching. Nick’s brother could not stop smiling at her and was so excited for this day to come.
I could not get over how stunning Emily’s bridal party looked. I loved their mix of pink, champagne and sage silk dresses. It fit perfectly with the venue.
Emily and Nick decide to mix things up a little bit and instead of a traditional arch chose to do two triangles for their wedding ceremony.
Emily’s mom walked her down the aisle and you can just see her smile beaming as she saw Nick. Such a beautiful moment.
Following the ceremony we snuck out to take some husband and wife sunset portraits. Our first stop was the iconic staircase overlooking the pond.
And yes llamas! Little Horse on the Prairie has llamas that can be at your event. Emily is a huge fan of llamas and they were quite the attraction. They were so cute and everyone loved being able to get a photo with them.
Sip and be seated! The seating chart was a wall of champagne. Who doesn’t love that!
Exotic Green Garden did such a beautiful job with the florals. Instead of traditional centerpieces and what you would expect from a wedding, these two decided to opt for something different. Instead of florals they did greenery throughout the whole reception. The ceiling beams were draped with vines and each table overflowed with greenery.
Emily and Nick’s grand entrance into their Westlake Village Inn Wedding reception was epic. These two know how to dance and he lifted her up as they danced to the music.
Nick’s dad grabbed Emily and did a father daughter dance with her. There weren’t any dry eyes in the house.
