Dani & Jess // Downtown Long Beach Couple’s Session

Where do I even start with Dani and Jess? I met Dani and Jess through mutual friends a couple years ago and immediately hit it off with them! We have become great friends and I was even able to photograph Dani for her lifestyle blog…. and she freaking rocked it! I mean how gorgeous is she! So you can imagine my excitement when Dani told me they wanted photos of the two of them. We decided to take the photos in downtown Long Beach on a rooftop overlooking the city. Dani and Jess have the cutest love story. They didn’t meet at college, or a bar…their journey actually started much earlier. Dani and Jess actually grew up in the same neighborhood! Their families would hang out and it became a running joke that Dani and Jess would get married, but Dani and Jess were just friends. They went off to college and started hanging out with different crowds. Then one day they saw each other in the neighborhood and decided to catch up. The rest is history. These two fell in love.
